Ede & Ravenscroft is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our heritage craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags, branded boxes, and protective covers are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided pre-paid returns label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team has inspected the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
